" Last weekend, I decided to try Midori Ramen at Yorkdale food court. Given that I had previously enjoyed their other locations, I was excited to try the food court version. Unfortunately, my experience was less than stellar. The broth was lukewarm and lacked the wonderful complexity I had come to expect from their signature ramen. The portions were not large for the price, and I found myself craving more after finishing my bowl. It seemed as if there was more focus on speed than on delivering the quality I had anticipated.
